I found this plant!
Fairy Crassula
(Weed)
Crassula multicava

Fairy Crassula is a fast-growing, mat-forming, evergreen groundcover. The glossy, oval to round leaves are formed in opposite pairs. They are light to dark green depending the level of shade. The flowers are small stars and appear in masses above the attractive leaves.

A native to southern Africa this weed is able to invade into shady situations, outcompeting naive plants.
